Spencer Marks

After earning his Bachelor of Commerce from MacEwan University in 2017 and his Juris Doctor from the University of Alberta in 2020, Spencer completed his articles at Witten LLP and subsequently joined the firm as an associate in 2021.

Spencer primarily practices in the field of litigation and dispute resolution, with a strong emphasis on a wide range of legal matters. His areas of concentration include commercial litigation, contract enforcement, commercial lease enforcement and disputes, shareholder disputes, judgement enforcement, debt recovery, condominium disputes, estate litigation, employment, privacy complaints/disputes, and real estate litigation.
