Emma-Lee Kramer joined the firm as an associate in 2021, after completing her articles at Witten. She practices in the areas of commercial real estate, leasing, condominium law and employment law. Emma-Lee advises clients on a broad range of commercial real estate matters, drafts condominium bylaws, and assists with varied litigation matters.
Emma-Lee obtained her Bachelor of Education from McGill University and spent a semester abroad at Trinity College in Dublin. She graduated with distinction from the JD program at the University of Alberta in 2020 and was admitted to the Alberta Bar in 2021.
During law school, Emma-Lee participated in all three Law Shows as an actress and directed the show in her final year. In her third year, Emma-Lee was a writing fellow for the first year Legal Research and Writing course. She received the Len Pollock Family law course award in 2019. Emma-Lee volunteered for Civil Claims Duty Counsel, Student Legal Services and U-School throughout law school and continues to volunteer for Civil Claims Duty Counsel.
Outside of the office, Emma-Lee loves to snowboard, swim with her Masters swim team and paddleboard with her rescue dog Mojito.
