We are involved at all stages of commercial lending transactions, including assisting with drafting letters of intent and loan agreements, preparing and reviewing security documents and assisting with funding and post-funding matters. Further, we are involved in commercial financing transactions secured by real estate, including acquisition lending and lending for servicing, development and construction, as well as transactions secured by equipment and other assets. We are also experienced with CMHC insured transactions and loans to First Nations.

Our team also acts as lead counsel on multijurisdictional loans, Alberta counsel on loans originating outside of Alberta, and represents borrowers in commercial lending transactions.
