Andrea Luft

Andrea Luft, known for her comprehensive and insightful approach, helps her clients resolve their most complex disputes. Her general civil litigation practice primarily focusses on commercial and construction disputes. In addition, Andrea also practices in the distinct field of estate litigation.

Andrea routinely represents clients from a wide array of industries and diverse backgrounds. She has experience handling class action litigation, King’s Bench proceedings, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution processes, including mediation and judicial dispute resolutions. In doing so, Andrea has appeared before all levels of the Alberta Court system as well as various arbitration tribunals.

Prior to joining Witten in 2018, Andrea gained valuable experience at another mid-sized regional firm in Edmonton.

Beyond her professional life, Andrea is actively involved in her community as a director of the Children’s Heart Society, a local non-profit devoted to improving the lives of kids and families affected by pediatric heart conditions. Andrea is also an avid traveler and reader, with a specific interest in historical fiction.
