Gillian Clarke is a seasoned civil litigator with a focus on personal injury law, disability insurance and insurance law, and Workers' Compensation Board claims.
With a career spanning over 30 years, Gillian has been an advocate for individuals who have experienced life-altering injuries due to the negligence of others or as a result of their disabilities or conditions from which they suffer. Gillian’s approach to her practice is rooted in respect, responsiveness, and thorough preparation in her interactions with all parties.
A committed member to the community, Gillian has held the position of Chair of the Canadian Bar Association Alberta Law Conference and is an active member of the Canadian Bar Association Personal Injury, Civil Litigation and Insurance Law Sections. Since 2007, she has dedicated her time as a volunteer to the Alberta Diabetes Foundation (ADF) and has been part of the ADF Board since 2013. Gillian served as the Chair of the ADF Board of Directors from 2017 to 2020 and continues to contribute as Past Chair and as a Director.
Outside of the office, Gillian enjoys spending time with her family, exploring new places through travel, and gardening.
